Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your AI Dermatologist account and the data associated with it.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to support@mindix.space from the email address you used to sign in with Google.
2. Use the subject line Delete my account.
3. We will verify the request and delete your account data. No account or in-app purchase is required to make this request.

What data is deleted

• Your email address received via Google Sign-In.
• Your Google account identifier and any session identifiers tied to your account.

Your mole photos are never stored on our servers — they are processed transiently to generate the assessment and then discarded, so there is nothing to delete.

What is kept, and for how long

• Account data is deleted from our active systems within 30 days of a verified request, and purged from encrypted backups within 90 days.
• We may retain a minimal record only where required to comply with legal obligations or to prevent abuse.
• Analysis history is stored only on your device, not on our servers. Delete individual records in the app, or uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data.

Delete data without deleting your account

You can remove your on-device analysis history at any time from within the app (delete individual records), or sign out from the Account screen. To delete data held on our server without closing your account, email us at the address above.
